Bill Crowford, left, W. B. Todd, center, and I. B. Hale were appointed co-chairman of the 1954 YMCA Membership Roundup. Crawford was a member of the North Side branch, Todd was a board member and Hale was a member of the Camp Carter branch. The membership opened. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition February 16, 1954.
