Miss Dorothy Kelly of London, house guest of Mr. and Mrs. Parr Armstrong, 3856 Winslow Dr., left for El Paso, en route to Phoenix. Miss Kelly had been interested in youth work and YWCA work. She was a staff member at Kinglsey Hall, a London settlement house. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition February 17, 1954.
