Six-year-old Rix Quinn dressed up in cowboy clothes to see Roy Rogers and Dale Evans and wound up having his picture made with the couple before they went to S. S. Dillow Elementary School to present a safety award to the school. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition February 8, 1954.
