Description
"Old 2R," a fire truck with 26 years of service was in use by the Fort Worth Fire Department. Chief Paul C. Fontaine had a personal interest in the 1928 vintage vehicle. It was the only reserve pumper his department had for emergency use. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition February 9, 1954.
