Miss Peggy Mayfield of 3704 Lovell, 18-year-old senior, was selected as Ranch Queen of Arlington Heights High School. She was presented at a dance and reigned in connection with the Southwestern Exposition and Fat Stock Show. Her parents are Mr. and Mrs. J. B. Mayfield. Here she is shown wearing a cowgirl hat. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition February 7, 1954.
