Former Tarrant County Sheriff Sully Montgomery gets a hug from his daughter, Mrs. Lella Ruth Cole, at their home, 1909 Grand, after a federal court jury in Dallas found Montgomery innocent of income tax evasion. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition February 7, 1954.
