Description

Two members of the Police Department's Youth Activity Division were cited by City Council as "Officers of the Month". The two, C. E. Neal, left, and C. L. Shaw, were named for that honor for the month of December. The officers were credited with helping wayward youths, breaking up a youthful burglary gang and aiding in formation of the new police division. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition February 3, 1954.
