Dr. Georg K. Sturup, head of institutions for psychopaths in Denmark, says 50 percent of the "habitual criminals" he returns to society never again commit crime. Mr. Sturup and his wife, Elisabeth, were in Fort Worth visiting the U.S. Public Health Service Hospital. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition January 29, 1954.
