Description

Ching, a 9 year old Chow Chow, was the focal point of a law suit in Peace Justice Whit Boyd's court. Mr. and Mrs. W. O. Montgomery, 4440 Shackelford, and Mr. and Mrs. L. L. Ray, 813 E. Devitt, were battling for ownership. Ching, shown here with Lewis Miller, attorney for the Montgomerys, center, and Justice Boyd, has given no clues. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition January 28, 1954
