Description
Business was set aside as officials of First National Bank turned the lobby into a playroom for the 23rd annual Lena Pope Home Christmas party. Host was J. Lee Johnson Jr., bank president, shown at left with two of the 300 guests. They are Linda Jo Hammons and David Snow, son of Robert Snow, who grew up in the home. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, December 25, 1953.
