Mrs. Richard Grammer, right, vice president of the Fort Worth alumnae association of Kappa Kappa Gamma, pins a corsage on Miss Kay Newman, a Kappa pledge at the University of Texas and daughter of Mr. and Mrs. C. H. Newman Jr., 3928 Clayton Rd. W. With them is Mrs. Guy Witherspoon Jr., association president. Each honoree was presented a corsage at recent holiday coffee for active members and pledges home from school, given at the home of Mrs. W. H. Slay Jr., 215 N. River Crest Dr. Mrs. Grammer was in charge of the party. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, January 4, 1954.
