Description
Spray from hot water tank at the Cascade Laundry, 1700 W. 7th, draped itself around the limbs of this tree to provide an icy covering as the temperature hovered near freezing all day. The tank is located atop the tower at right. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, December 23, 1953.
