J. A. Cavile Place, Fort Worth Housing Authority's new $2,200,000 low-rent housing for African Americans, formally was opened Monday. Mayor Pro Tem Jim McKnight expresses the city's gratitude to the housing authority for building the project. Seated are B. C. Reich Jr., chairman, and Mrs. Mabel Bennett, vice chairman of the housing authority.
