Donald A. William of Washington, center, new administration of the Soil Conservation Service, was a Fort Worth visitor. He is pictured with two top Texas SCS men, Paul H. Walser of Temple, left, state conservationist; and H. N. Smith of Fort Worth, assistant regional director, who has been named Texas state conservationist. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition December 18, 1953.
