Wayne Parish, consulting engineer for a Dallas industrial investigation firm, examines an array of bottles containing pieces of cardboard recovered at site of the fire City Councilman T. L. Carleton is accused of setting. Laboratory tests showed cardboard was impregnated with small amounts of Kerosene.
