Buchanan of Wichita Falls, chairman of the South Central Region, National Council of State Garden Clubs; C. E. Beavers, program chairman of the Fort Worth club; Murray G. Musick of Dallas, director of the Texas Garden Clubs, Incorporate; and W. C. Hamiliton of Wichita Falls, national flower show judge, arranger and instructor.
