Description
Miss Lesbia Word was secretary to B. F. Weekley, oil operator with offices in the Continental Life building. Miss Word, who lived with her mother, Mrs. James B. Word, at 3020 6th Avenue, did oils and pastels and wanted to specialize in children's portraits and animal drawings. She was a native of Clovis, New Mexico, and is a member of the Fort Worth Desk and Derrick Club.
