Frank Edward Hicks, right, and his sister, Patricia Marie, children of Mr. and Mrs. A. G. Hicks of 2711 Virginia city, dropped money in a basket held by Paul Grayson, manager of the Elks Club at Fort Worth which began its Mile of Dimes campaign.
