Image shows temporary crossing over Trinity River's Clear Fork, just north of the old West 7th Street bridge which was closed for repairs and had successfully met the traffic demands placed on it, declared by engineers and traffic officials. The revamped West 7th Street bridge was opened in summer 1954.
