Fairy Queen Betty Phillips of 2115 Columbus, center, and her fairy helpers, Ginger King of 1906 Columbus, left, and Gloria Ann Murr, 2204 Market, kept the magic touch on a yellow butterfly. Rodney Junior of 255 Youngblood Drive, in the North Side recreation Building's expression recital. The North Side high School band and sextet provided music for the program.
