R. Roy Keaton, left, native of Weatherford, who was assistant secretary-general of Lions International, was principal speaker at sessions of the District 2-E convention in Mineral Wells. With him are Pennie Adkins, center, president of the Mineral Wells club, and Sam Furr of Olney, district governor.
