Description

Mike Deike, 5 year old is decked out in a cowboy outfit with two toy pistols waiting at the juvenile office. Deputy Constable Bob Burkow found the boy after a tip from rail road switchman who noticed the tot playing in the African American section. He was found living with the sitter, Alice Bale, left by his mother, Mrs. Nita Deike, there two months ago. County Probation Officer Ross said the mother has left town. Ross was attempting to contact the child's relatives to find a new home.
