Description
Dynamite placed under the hood ripped the automobile of Lawrence Peters, African American, at 109 North Judkins. Police Lieutenant Ed Lee is shown here inspecting the damage to the car, parked in the driveway of Peters' home. The bomb set fire to a vacant house next door which had been doused with gasoline.
