W. W. Wimberly of El Paso, left, president of the Texas Association of Secondary Principals, and W. A. Meacham, right, assistant superintendent in charge of secondary schools in Fort Worth, were on hand to meet convention delegates. F. F. Waggoner of Deer Park was one of the early arrivals to the association convention in Hotel Texas.
