"Garden Club Council Chairmen". This quartet of club presidents is shown in the greenhouse at Botanic Garden discussing the council's plan for forcing bulbs. The bulbs will be used in decorating hospitals and the Garden Center. Reading from left to right, Mrs. John Flood Jr., of the Junior League Garden Club, flowers for blood center; Mrs. E. D. Deckert, Lake Worth Garden Club, flowers for Carswell; Mrs. Fred Haley, Crestwood Garden Club, flowers for U. S. Public Health Service Hospital; Mrs. H. A. Ziegler, Monticello Garden Club, hostesses for Garden Center.
