Description
Officers of the Texas Association of Soil Conservation District Supervisors met there to protest Secretary Benson's plan to reorganize the Department of Agriculture. Among those drawing up the protest were Rollans Hill of Antelope, vice president, left; Henry Mills of Pandale, center, president; and John Royal of Menard, vice president. Three men in photo wearing suits sitting down on a couch look over a document. The men are smiling and the man in the center is holding the documentation.
