Mrs. J. Leamon Wallace is president of the parent council of the parent education group of the Fort Worth Foundation for Visually Handicapped Children. The parent council was organized in 1951 so parents might share ideas and discuss experiences and progress of visually handicapped children. They will have their first meeting of the year to include a speaker, Thursday, September 17. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram on September 14, 1953.
