Pint-sized Judy Dwyer had a king-sized job when she cut the first piece of Birthday cake during a celebration by W. I. Cook Memorial Hospital Center for Children on its first anniversary. About 500 Fort Worth residents paid tribute to the hospital at its birthday carnival. Judy, a post-polio patient, is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. W. L. Dwyer of Cleburne.
