Pictured here are Wes Motheral, left, and Dr. W. V. Bradshaw, city health director, inspecting one of the garbage can holders which were sold by the Junior Chamber of Commerce. The trash holder which did not have a can were sold as a health safety measure and to provide money for the Jaycee youth welfare fund.
