Description
A party of City Council members and other city officials made an inspection tour to view construction of the new 72-inch water conduit being constructed between Lake Worth and Holly Pump Station. Here they look over the huge trench excavated in Rockwood Park in order to place the conduit beneath the Trinity River. The river had to be diverted temporarily from its normal course during the installation.
