Mrs. Johnnye Mahan, left, administrator of nurses at City-County Hospital, accepts from Captain Wanda Snecinski, an Army public health nurse, an award 2nd Lieutenant. Betty Bonner, a 1952 City-County graduate, won for the hospital. Mrs. Joseph H. Bonner, center, stood in for her daughter at the ceremony.
