    Mr. and Mrs. L. N. Hunter, 2719 N. W. 25th, will celebrate 50 years married, their golden wedding anniversary, Sunday [August 30, 1953] with an open house at their home from 2 to 5 p.m. Clipping reads: "Mrs. Hunter, the former Miss Annie Laura Barnard, was born May 7, 1887, in Gonzales and her husband was born January 24, 1881, in Lebanon, Tennessee. They were married August 30, 1903, in Cason and moved to Fort Worth in 1910. They have lived in Rosen Heights for 42 years. They are members of Beverly Hills Baptist Church. The Hunters have two daughters, Mrs. S. J. Bardin, 2721 N. W. 25th, and Mrs. Paul Brooks of the Hunters' address. The couple have three grandchildren and one great-grandchild." Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, August 28, 1953. Mrs. Hunter appears to be leaning towards Mr. Hunter. She has her hands place over his shoulders.
