Description
Patrolman W. G. Turner gives Tobe Ersery a pocket watch after looking unsuccessfully for two months for the thief who stole the man's old watch. Ersery's watch was stolen then he attempted to wheel his chair up onto the curb after crossing the street at 9th and main on June 30, when an overall-clad man walked by and snatched the watch chain away.
