Jimmy Lockhart, second trick yardmaster for Missouri-Kansas-Texas Railroad, checks a 600,000 pound tank that was shipped into Fort Worth Monday, August 24, en route to Borger. The 120-foot tank was loaded on three special flatcars which left Houston Thursday, August 20, traveling at the rate of 15 miles per hour.
