(Dutch) Meyer, nattily attired in a drape-shape Hawaiian-print sports shirt, armed with microphone, chalk, eraser and rule book and backed by the authority of his membership on the national rules committee, manned the podium. There was discussion on rule changes at the Southwest Conference at Hotel Texas.
