Description

Howard Bigham Davis, 29, center, was in trouble with police again. On the right is Detective Cody Rogers. Davis has a police record that stretches back 13 years. He lost both arms to gunfire at two separate incidents, was back in jail charged with assault to murder in connection with the stomping of a man. Marvin Bryan Stone said Davis stomped and kick him unconscious after he was kidnapped from Harris Hospital and taken on a two-hour beating ride. Davis was arrested in his home.
