Mrs. Tom Black, wife of a Fort Worth doctor was a leading spokesman against fluoridation before City Council Wednesday. Supporting the measure, which council approved, were Dr. Edward Taylor of Austin and Dr. Jospeh McVeigh, president of Tarrant County Medical Society at the microphone.
