Description
Mrs. Tom Black, wife of a Fort Worth doctor was a leading spokesman against fluoridation before City Council Wednesday. Supporting the measure, which council approved, were Dr. Edward Taylor, head of the the Texas State Health Department's dental division, on the microphone. Also supporting the measure is Dr. Jospeh McVeigh, president of Tarrant County Medical Society.
