Three members of the import policy committee of the Independent Petroleum Association of America which met at Hotel Texas to draft plans to effect a permanent cure to excessive imports. The plans will be submitted to the IPAA membership at its annual meeting. The committeemen, left to right: Sam J. Rhoades, Tulsa; J. P. Evans Jr., Jackson, Mississippi and Paul L. Davis, Midland.
