Arts and crafts were part of the Summer Youth Recreation Program at Arlington. At left is Prudence Vader, who was one of 500 who participated in program financed with funds from the United Fund. Second from left is Mrs. Otis Niles, arts and crafts instructor; Fred W. Bondurant Jr., recreation program director, and Diana Havrda, another program participant.
