Description
Motorcycle Patrolman H. H. Pricer raised the protective arm of law over Arlington Heights Elementary School pupils as they crossed Camp Bowie Blvd. at the El Campo intersection. City Council ordered patrolmen at the Camp Bowie-El Campo and Neville-Byers intersections after a delegation of mothers and fathers demanded immediate traffic protecting for their children at the street crossings.
