Image shows Air hammer operator Rex Rains and county maintenance man Odell Averett inspecting progress at the end of the first day's work on repairs to Tarrant County Courthouse. The repairs focused on the time-damaged concrete flooring at the top of the Main Street entrance to the courthouse. Published in the evening edition, May 2, 1950.
