Beating the drums and ringing the bell for Ridglea Methodist Church's annual "Starlite Circus" on the church grounds are Linda Lou and Billy Tuttle. Their mother, Mrs. John Tuttle, is general chairman of the program. Forest Park Zoo's Kiddie fire truck will be rented for the affair.
