Robert Moxley of 5150 Meadowbrook Drive, right, and J. O. Steele of 3924 Rufus help Mrs. Steele into a boat for a tour around Grapevine Lake Saturday. Employees of the Fort Worth District, Corps of Engineers, held their annual family picnic at one of the lake's recreational areas, part of a construction program completed recently by the engineers.
