    A state-wide program to provide rehabilitation for Texas' 22,000 children with disabilities, has been launched at Kerville by Texas' 600 Lions Clubs. Miss Patsy Richmond, Texas State College for Women (TCSW) graduate from Galveston, helps Doris Leech, 10, of Albany and John Edd Killen, 18, of Sweetwater with publishing camp paper.
