Description
Steel braces, crutches and wheel chairs are clanking out a happy tune across the Kerrville County hills, as Texas' children with disabilities are learning to swim, hike, improve their skills, do things for themselves and learning to take their place in their communities. That was first year of operation for the camp and V. V. Vaughn was the camp director. Vaughn is shown sitting at a desk.
