Description
A finger-shaking argument was launched by Robert A. Caraway who protested sudden, surprise closing of called session of Tarrant County Democratic Executive Committee which failed to "purge" unpledged precinct chairmen. Return finger-shaking at right was done by Rufus S. Garrett (whose hand is shown), leader of the conservative faction which supported the 47 rebellious chairmen.
