Wanda Tillery, 15, left, walked away with the circus queen's crown Thursday night at Forest Park Pool while Mrs. Shirley Mann, 18, was crowned queen of Forest Park Pool. Wanda will reign over the City Recreation Department circus August 14th at La Grave Field. The girls are wearing bathing suits.
