Description

Donald Jordan, Texas State Highway Department employee, shovels mud and debris from the East-West Expressway after Wednesday's thunderstorm which hit the south and west sections of the city. The mud was washed down into the expressway from the Hulen Street overpass. The two girls looking on were not identified.
