Hugh Anderson, 43-year-old Hutchinson County sheriff from Borger, second from left, Wednesday was named president of the Sheriff's Association of Texas at Hotel Texas. He replaced J. F. Bryson, left, of San Angelo. Third from left is Rockwall County Sheriff W. J. Price, who becomes first vice president. At right is Mrs. Joe Ray of Austin, re-elected secretary-treasurer. She formerly served as Dawson County sheriff at Lamesa.
